تنطبق هذه الشروط على استخدام واجهات التحقق من صلاحية رقم UICS/ICN (روابط QR، واجهات برمجية، وودجت التحقق). الغرض حصراً هو التأكد من الحالة وقت الاستعلام. ليست هذه الواجهات وسيلة دفع أو ضمان.

These terms apply to use of UICS/ICN validity verification interfaces (QR links, APIs, and the verification widget). Purpose is limited to status checking at the time of query. These interfaces are not a payment method or guarantee.

2) طرق الوصول (QR/API/ودجت)2) Access Methods (QR/API/Widget)

• QR/رابط: يفتح صفحة الشهادة أو نتيجة مختصرة قابلة للتدقيق.
• API: استعلام HTTPS آمن يُرجع حالة مختصرة حقلاً بحقله.
• ودجت: عنصر واجهة قابل للزرع يعرض الحالة ويحدّثها.

• QR/Link: opens the certificate page or a verifiable summary.
• API: secure HTTPS query returning a concise, fielded status.
• Widget: embeddable component that displays and refreshes status.

3) البيانات المرجعة وتفسيرها3) Returned Data & Interpretation

أي تفسير يتجاوز هذه الحقول (مثل الجدارة الائتمانية) غير مسموح.

Any inference beyond these fields (e.g., creditworthiness) is prohibited.

4) الاستخدامات المسموح بها4) Permitted Uses

• التحقق السياقي من الحالة ضمن معاملة مشروعة (اعتماد/توثيق/امتثال).
• إظهار حالة «تم التحقق» في واجهة العميل مع رابط شهادة قابل للتدقيق.
• التدقيق اليدوي عند الدعم أو المراجعة الداخلية.

• Contextual status checks within a legitimate transaction (onboarding/compliance).
• Displaying “verified” state in customer UI with a verifiable certificate link.
• Manual checks by support or internal review.

5) الاستخدامات المحظورة5) Prohibited Uses

• إعادة بيع النتائج أو تقديمها كسجل عام أو خدمة تجارية مستقلة.
• إنشاء ملفات تعريف/استدلالات (تقييمات، نقاط ثقة، أو تصنيفات) دون موافقة صريحة وسياسات مكملة.
• الالتفاف على الضوابط، الكشط بالجملة، أو تعطيل الخدمة.
• استخدام النتائج بما يخالف سياسة الخصوصية أو الاستخدام المقبول.

• Reselling outputs or publishing them as a public registry or standalone service.
• Profiling/inferences (scores, trust ratings) without explicit consent and supporting policies.
• Circumventing controls, bulk scraping, or service disruption.
• Use contrary to the Privacy Policy or Acceptable Use.

6) حدود المعدل والإنصاف6) Rate Limits & Fair Use

7) التخزين المؤقت والاحتفاظ7) Caching & Retention

• يُسمح بالتخزين المؤقت لنتيجة الحالة لمدة لا تتجاوز 24 ساعة، مع إعادة التحقق قبل قرارات جوهرية.
• يحظر الاحتفاظ طويل الأجل خارج ما تقتضيه سياسة الاحتفاظ والحذف.
• أي تخزين يجب أن يحميه ضوابط أمنية مناسبة.

• Short-lived caching permitted for up to 24 hours; re-verify before material decisions.
• No long-term retention beyond the Retention & Deletion Policy.
• Any stored data must be protected with appropriate controls.

8) الخصوصية والموافقة8) Privacy & Consent

يجب أن يكون التحقق مشروع الغرض، ومسنودًا بموافقة مناسبة عندما يُلزم القانون الواجب التطبيق. تُطبق سياسة الخصوصية وسياسة الكوكيز على أي معالجة.

Verification must be for a legitimate purpose and supported by appropriate consent where applicable law requires. The Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy apply to any processing.

9) الأمن ومكافحة الإساءة9) Security & Anti-Abuse

• استخدام مفاتيح آمنة وTLS حديثة؛ حظر مشاركة المفاتيح دون اتفاق.
• إبلاغ الثغرات عبر برنامج الإفصاح.
• ترتبط الانتهاكات بإجراءات وفق الاستخدام المقبول والتعليق/الإلغاء.

• Use secure keys and modern TLS; key sharing is prohibited without agreement.
• Report vulnerabilities via the Disclosure Program.
• Violations trigger actions under Acceptable Use and Suspension/Cancellation.

10) الإتاحة والانقطاع10) Availability & Outages

تسري أهداف الإتاحة وفق سياسة مستوى الخدمة. تُنشر الحوادث على لوحة الحالة، وقد تُستثنى الصيانة المُعلنة من الحسابات.

Availability targets per the Service Level Policy. Incidents appear on the Status Dashboard; announced maintenance may be excluded from computations.

11) العلامة وشارة «تم التحقق»11) Branding & “Verified” Badge

• استخدام الشارة يخضع لـ سياسة العلامة ويستلزم ربطًا صالحًا بالشهادة.
• يحظر الإيحاء برعاية/ضمان خارج الحالة الفعلية للرقم.

• Badge use follows the Brand Usage Policy and must link to a valid certificate.
• No implied endorsement/guarantee beyond the actual ICN status.

12) السجلات والتدقيق12) Logging & Audit

قد نسجل الاستعلامات (وقت، IP مُقنّع، مفتاح، ICN، نتيجة) لأغراض الأمان والامتثال وفق سياسة الاحتفاظ والحذف.

We may log queries (time, masked IP, key, ICN, result) for security and compliance per the Retention & Deletion Policy.

13) الامتثال وإبطال الوصول13) Compliance & Access Revocation

• يجوز تعليق أو إبطال الوصول عند المخالفة أو الاشتباه بإساءة، مع إشعار ملائم حيثما كان ذلك عمليًا.
• تُعالَج النزاعات عبر سياسة حلّ النزاعات.

• Access may be suspended/revoked upon violation or suspected abuse, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Disputes are handled under the Dispute Resolution Policy.

14) تحديثات هذه الشروط14) Changes to these Terms

قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط مع إشعار مناسب عند التغييرات الجوهرية. استمرار الاستخدام يُعد قبولًا.

We may update these terms; material changes will be noticed where practicable. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
