1) النطاق والتعاريف1) Scope & Definitions

تنطبق هذه السياسة على استخدام «بوابة الإصدار» وأي واجهات تحقق، أختام ثقة، أو شارات مرتبطة برقم UICS/ICN. «المستخدم» يشمل المستهلك والتاجر والوسيط والمستثمر.

This Policy governs use of the Issuance Portal and any verification endpoints, trust seals, or badges tied to the UICS/ICN. “User” includes consumers, merchants, intermediaries, and investors.

2) مبادئ الاستخدام المقبول2) Acceptable Use Principles

• استخدم الخدمة بنزاهة وشفافية ولمقاصد مشروعة فقط.
• احمِ حسابك ومفاتيح API ولا تُشاركها.
• احترم خصوصية الآخرين والتزاماتك القانونية المحلية.

• Use the service lawfully, transparently, and in good faith.
• Protect your account and API keys; do not share them.
• Respect others’ privacy and your local legal obligations.

3) ممارسات محظورة3) Prohibited Conduct

• الاحتيال، الانتحال، أو تقديم بيانات مزيفة بقصد التضليل.
• استخدام الرقم كضمان مالي، وسيلة دفع، أو اعتماد ائتماني.
• الالتفاف على ضوابط الأمان، الهندسة العكسية غير المصرّح بها، أو زرع برمجيات خبيثة.
• إساءة الاستخدام على نطاق واسع: رسائل غير مرغوبة، حملات خداع، أو نشاط آلي ضار.
• انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية أو إساءة استخدام العلامة/الشارات.
• أنشطة غير قانونية أو مخالفة لقيود التصدير/العقوبات.

• Fraud, impersonation, or submitting deceptive information.
• Using the ICN as a financial guarantee, payment method, or credit credential.
• Circumventing security controls, unauthorized reverse engineering, or malware.
• Large-scale abuse: spam, phishing, or harmful automated activity.
• IP infringement or misuse of marks/badges.
• Illegal activity or violations of export controls/sanctions.

4) قواعد استخدام رقم UICS/ICN4) Rules for Using the UICS/ICN

• يُعرض الرقم فقط لغرض التحقق من هوية/كيان المستخدم عبر قنوات معتمدة.
• يُحظر تعديل الرقم أو إعادة تدويره أو بيعه/تأجيره للغير.
• لا تُصدر ادعاءات مضللة بشأن معنى الرقم أو صلاحيته.
• الشهادات المرتبطة تُستخدم كما هي ودون إزالة بيانات السياق أو تاريخ الإصدار.

• Display the ICN solely for verification via approved channels.
• Do not alter, repurpose, resell, or lease the identifier.
• Do not make misleading claims about the ICN’s meaning or validity.
• Certificates must be presented intact with context and issuance dates.

5) سياسات واجهات التحقق (APIs)5) Verification Endpoints (APIs) Policy

• استخدم المفاتيح المُصدّرة لك فقط وحافظ على سريتها.
• التزم بحدود المعدّل والاستخدام المنصوص عليها في وثائق المطوّرين.
• يجوز تعليق المفاتيح عند اكتشاف إساءة أو تهديد أمني.

• Use only your issued keys and keep them confidential.
• Respect rate limits and usage terms in developer documentation.
• Keys may be suspended upon detected abuse or security threats.

6) الأتمتة، الكشط، وحدود المعدّل6) Automation, Scraping & Rate Limits

• يُحظر الكشط العنيف أو التحايل على قيود البدء/التسجيل.
• للاحتياجات المؤسسية عالية الحجم، اطلب توسيع الحدود عبر القنوات الرسمية.

• Aggressive scraping or bypassing signup/boot constraints is prohibited.
• For high-volume enterprise needs, request higher limits via official channels.

7) أمن النظام والاختبارات7) Security & Testing

اختبارات الأمان غير المصرّح بها محظورة. اتبع سياسة الإفصاح المسؤول وبرنامج المكافآت لإبلاغ الثغرات.

Unauthorized security testing is prohibited. Follow our Responsible Disclosure & Bug Bounty to report vulnerabilities.

8) نزاهة المنصة ومكافحة الاحتيال8) Platform Integrity & Anti-Fraud

• يجوز تطبيق تصنيف مخاطر تلقائي لحماية الخدمة.
• قد نطلب تحقق هوية إضافي وفق سياسة KYC/KYB.

• Automated risk scoring may be applied to protect the service.
• Additional identity checks may be requested per the KYC/KYB Policy.

9) الامتثال والعقوبات والقيود9) Compliance, Sanctions & Restrictions

يُحظر الاستخدام من قبل كيانات/أفراد خاضعين لعقوبات أو في مناطق محظورة بموجب التزامات الامتثال المعمول بها. قد نفرض قيودًا جغرافية/وظيفية لإدارة المخاطر.

Use by sanctioned parties or in restricted regions is prohibited under applicable compliance obligations. Geographic/functional restrictions may be enforced to manage risk.

أبلغ عن إساءة أو ثغرة عبر القنوات داخل الحساب أو على abuse@uics.online. للثغرات الأمنية اتبع سياسة الإفصاح.

Report abuse or vulnerabilities via in-account channels or abuse@uics.online. For security issues, follow our disclosure policy.

12) الاعتراض وإعادة النظر12) Appeal & Re-review

يمكنك الاعتراض على قرارات الإنفاذ خلال مدة معقولة عبر قنوات الدعم، مع تزويدنا بالأدلة. سنراجع القرار بحياد.

You may appeal enforcement decisions within a reasonable period through support channels, providing evidence. We will conduct a neutral review.

13) تكاملات الأطراف الثالثة13) Third-Party Integrations

• أنت مسؤول عن التزام تكاملك بسياساتنا وشروط الطرف الثالث.
• أي إساءة عبر التكامل تُنسب إلى حسابك وقد تؤثر على صلاحية الرقم.

• You are responsible for ensuring your integrations comply with our policies and any third-party terms.
• Abuse via your integration is attributable to your account and may affect ICN status.

14) تحديثات هذه السياسة14) Changes to this Policy

قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة. عند التغييرات الجوهرية سنقدّم إشعارًا مناسبًا حيثما كان ذلك عمليًا.

We may update this Policy. For material changes we provide appropriate notice where practicable.
