1) التعريفات والنطاق1) Definitions & Scope

تشمل «الملكية الفكرية» لِـ UICS/ICN الأسماء والعلامات والشعارات والرموز والأختام والمواد التحريرية والواجهات البرمجية والتصاميم والمخططات وأدلّة العلامة وأي محتوى ننشره. تنطبق هذه السياسة على كل استخدام لعلاماتنا عبر الإنترنت وخارجه عالميًا.

“Intellectual Property” for UICS/ICN covers names, marks, logos, icons, seals, editorial materials, APIs, designs, diagrams, brand guides, and any content we publish. This Policy applies to all brand use worldwide, online and offline.

2) الملكية والحقوق2) Ownership & Rights

نحتفظ بجميع الحقوق التي لم تُمنح صراحةً هنا. لا يمنح استخدام خدماتنا أي حقوق ملكية فكرية ضمنيًا.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted. Use of our services does not imply any IP rights.

3) العلامات والأسماء والشعارات3) Trademarks, Names & Logos

• تشمل العلامات: «UICS»، «UICS/ICN» وأي أسماء/شعارات مشتقة.
• يُحظر إنشاء علامات مشابهة أو استخدام جزء مضلّل منها.
• لا يجوز وضع الشعار داخل اسم منتجك أو ICN أو نطاقك.

• Marks include “UICS”, “UICS/ICN”, and related names/logos.
• Do not create confusingly similar marks or partial imitations.
• Do not embed our logo in your product name, ICN, or domain.

4) حقوق النشر والمحتوى4) Copyright & Content

المحتوى النصي والمرئي والرسومي والوثائقي المنشور ضمن أنظمتنا محمي. يسمح بالاقتباس المحدود مع نسبة واضحة للمصدر ورابط للصفحة الأصلية.

Textual, visual, graphical, and documentation content we publish is protected. Limited quotations are allowed with clear attribution and a link to the source page.

5) الترخيص المحدود للمستخدمين5) Limited User License

نمنح ترخيصًا محدودًا وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام الأسماء النصية «UICS/ICN» للإشارة الحقيقية غير التضليلية إلى خدماتنا، وفق هذه السياسة.

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the textual names “UICS/ICN” for truthful, non-misleading references to our services, subject to this Policy.

• لا تغيّر الألوان أو النِسب أو الزوايا.
• لا تُضِف تأثيرات (ظلال/حدود/توهّج) غير مصرح بها.
• استخدم نسخ SVG/PNG الرسمية فقط من حزمة الأصول.

• Do not alter colors, aspect ratios, or rotation.
• No unapproved effects (shadows/strokes/glow).
• Use official SVG/PNG assets only from the Brand Kit.

10) الشراكات والعلامة المشتركة10) Partnerships & Co-Branding

أي ذكر للشراكة أو الاعتماد أو التكامل التقني يتطلب موافقة مكتوبة مسبقة واتّباع قوالب الشراكات المعتمدة.

Any partnership/accreditation/integration claims require prior written approval and adherence to our approved co-branding templates.

11) النطاقات والمعرّفات الاجتماعية11) Domains & Social Handles

• لا تستخدم «uics» أو «icn» أو صيغًا مشابهة في نطاقاتك/معرّفاتك بما قد يسبب لبسًا.
• يُحظر بيع/تسويق أسماء نطاقات تستغل علامتنا.

• Do not use “uics”, “icn”, or confusing variants in your domains/handles.
• Registering or selling domains that exploit our brand is prohibited.

12) الإعلام والبيانات الصحفية12) Press & Public Statements

استخدم إرشادات الإعلام لطلبات الاقتباس والشعارات عالية الدقة. تتطلب البيانات المشتركة موافقة مسبقة.

Use our Press & Media Guidelines for quotes and high-res logos. Joint releases require prior approval.

13) الملكية الفكرية للغير13) Third-Party IP

يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية الحصول على تراخيص مواد الغير التي يعرضها مع شاراتنا. نزيل أي مواد منتهِكة عند الإخطار الموثّق.

You are responsible for licenses to any third-party materials displayed with our badges. We remove infringing materials upon documented notice.

14) الإخطار والانتهاكات والإزالة14) Notices, Infringement & Takedown

• أرسل بلاغًا إلى ip@uics.online مرفقًا بالأدلة والروابط.
• قد نطلب معلومات إضافية للتحقق، ثم نتخذ إجراءً مناسبًا (إزالة/تعليق/اتصال).

• Report violations to ip@uics.online with evidence and links.
• We may seek further information before taking appropriate action (removal/suspension/contact).

15) الاعتراض والمراجعة15) Appeals & Review

يمكن تقديم اعتراض مكتوب إلى brand@uics.online خلال 14 يومًا من الإشعار، مع سندات استخدام مشروع إن وُجد.

Submit appeals to brand@uics.online within 14 days of notice, including evidence of legitimate use if applicable.

16) الإنفاذ والتدابير16) Enforcement & Remedies

• الإزالة الفورية للمحتوى المخالف.
• تعليق الأختام/الشهادات وربطها بـ سياسة التعليق والإلغاء.
• إجراءات حماية إضافية عند اللزوم.

• Immediate removal of infringing content.
• Suspension of seals/certificates per Suspension & Cancellation Policy.
• Additional protective measures where necessary.

17) تحديثات هذه السياسة17) Changes to this Policy

قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة مع إشعار مناسب عند التغييرات الجوهرية حيثما كان ذلك عمليًا.

We may update this Policy; material changes will be notified where practicable.
