You may request cancellation before the ICN is actually created. If approved, we refund the paid amount less any non-recoverable gateway fees—where permitted by law.

Once the ICN is issued or features used, performance has commenced. Refunds are then very limited and typically granted only for system error, duplicates, or where mandated by applicable law.

System error: We correct the transaction and refund any differences.
Suspected fraud: ICN may be temporarily suspended while we coordinate with payment providers.

Please contact us first for a swift resolution. Initiating a chargeback may trigger temporary suspension until the dispute is resolved.

Upon approved cancellation, the ICN may be suspended or cancelled, and issued certificates become invalid under the Suspension/Cancellation Policy and the Certificate Policy.
