1) التعريفات والنطاق1) Definitions & Scope
ينظّم هذا المستند نقل ملكية الحساب، القيود على التنازل، وإجراءات إغلاق الحساب ضمن «بوابة إصدار رقم UICS/ICN». يتناول أيضًا تأثير ذلك على رقم UICS/ICN المرتبط (إن وُجد) وشهاداته وشاراته.
This document governs account ownership transfers, assignment restrictions, and account closure within the UICS/ICN Issuance Portal, including effects on any linked ICN, its certificates, and badges.
2) الملكية وأدوار الحساب2) Account Ownership & Roles

3) قابلية نقل الحساب/الرقم3) Account/ICN Portability
- يجوز نقل ملكية الحساب، ورقم UICS/ICN المرتبط (عند الانطباق)، إلى كيان آخر بعد استيفاء الشروط المسبقة وإتمام إجراءات النقل.
- النقل ينقل الالتزامات المرتبطة بالاشتراك والسياسات ما لم يُنص خلاف ذلك.
- لا يشمل النقل تلقائيًا عقودًا أو أسعارًا خاصة إلا إذا تمت الموافقة عليها كتابيًا.
- Ownership of the account and any linked ICN may be transferred to another entity upon meeting preconditions and completing the transfer process.
- Obligations under subscriptions and policies move with the account unless otherwise agreed.
- Special pricing or custom terms do not auto-transfer without written approval.
4) عدم التنازل والترخيص من الباطن4) Non-Assignment & No Sublicense
يحظر التنازل عن الحقوق أو الترخيص من الباطن لخدماتنا أو العلامات أو واجهات التحقق دون موافقة مكتوبة مسبقة. أي محاولة نقل غير مصرح تُعد باطلة وقد تؤدي إلى التعليق/الإلغاء.
Assigning rights or sublicensing our services, marks, or validation endpoints without prior written approval is prohibited. Unauthorized transfers are void and may result in suspension/cancellation.
5) تغيّر السيطرة وإعادة الهيكلة5) Change of Control & Restructuring
في حالات الدمج/الاستحواذ/إعادة التنظيم، يجوز طلب نقل الملكية إلى الكيان الخلف مع مستندات داعمة واتفاقيات موقّعة. قد نطلب تحديث التحقق KYC/KYB.
For mergers/acquisitions/reorganizations, ownership may be transferred to the successor entity with supporting documents and signed agreements. KYC/KYB refresh may be required.
6) الخلف القانوني وتعثّر الأفراد6) Legal Successors & Individual Incapacity
للأفراد: في حالة الوفاة/العجز، يمكن للخلف القانوني طلب النقل أو الإغلاق بمستندات رسمية. تُصان البيانات وفق سياسة الاحتفاظ والحذف.
Individuals: upon death/incapacity, legal successors may request transfer or closure with official documentation. Data is handled per the Retention & Deletion Policy.
7) المستخدمون الفريق/المقاعد والتحويل7) Team Users/Seats & Reassignment
- يمكن إعادة تعيين المقاعد الفردية داخل نفس الكيان دون نقل ملكية الحساب.
- يجب إبطال وصول الموظف السابق فورًا وتوثيق التسليم.
- Seats may be reassigned within the same entity without account ownership transfer.
- Former employees’ access must be revoked immediately with handover records.
8) الشروط المسبقة والأهلية8) Preconditions & Eligibility
- تسوية كل الرسوم والمبالغ المستحقة.
- اجتياز التحقق KYC/KYB للطرف المستلم وفق السياسة وعدم التعارض مع قوائم العقوبات.
- عدم وجود نزاع جوهري مفتوح يُؤثر على النقل، أو موافقة على استمرار النظر فيه بعد النقل.
- All fees/dues settled.
- Receiving party passes KYC/KYB per the policy and is not on sanctions lists.
- No material open dispute impacting transfer, or written consent to proceed.

10) قابلية نقل البيانات والتصدير10) Data Portability & Export
نوفر تصديرًا معقولًا للبيانات التشغيلية غير الحساسة بصيغ قياسية. تُستثنى البيانات التي قد تمس حقوق الغير أو الأمن. راجع سياسة الخصوصية.
We provide reasonable export of non-sensitive operational data in standard formats. Data impacting third-party rights or security may be excluded. See the Privacy Policy.
11) إغلاق الحساب بطلب المستخدم11) User-Initiated Closure
- يمكن طلب الإغلاق من داخل الحساب بواسطة المالك.
- قد يؤدي الإغلاق إلى تعليق/إلغاء رقم UICS/ICN المرتبط وفق السياسة.
- أكمل تصدير البيانات قبل الإغلاق؛ لا نضمن الاستعادة بعد ذلك.
- Owner may request closure in-account.
- Closure may suspend/cancel the linked ICN per the policy.
- Complete data exports beforehand; restoration is not guaranteed post-closure.
12) إنهاء من طرف UICS/ICN12) UICS/ICN Termination
قد ننهي أو نعلّق الحساب بسبب مخالفات جوهرية، إساءة استخدام، عدم سداد، أو مخاطر امتثال. تُرسل إشعارات وفق سياسة الإشعارات الإلكترونية.
We may terminate/suspend for material violations, abuse, non-payment, or compliance risk. Notices are sent per the Electronic Communications Policy.
13) الآثار على الرقم والشهادات والشارات13) Effects on ICN, Certificates & Badges
- يتوقف عرض الشهادات والشارات فور الإغلاق/الإلغاء.
- واجهات التحقق قد تُعيد حالة «معلّق/ملغى» للرقم.
- لا يجوز استخدام الأصول العلامية بعد الإغلاق.
- Certificates/badges must cease display immediately upon closure/cancellation.
- Validation endpoints may return “suspended/cancelled” for the ICN.
- No brand assets may be used post-closure.
14) إعادة التفعيل/إعادة التسجيل14) Reactivation/Re-enrollment
قد تسمح سياسة التعليق والإلغاء بإعادة التفعيل بعد إزالة الأسباب وسداد الرسوم وإتمام التحقق.
The Suspension & Cancellation Policy may allow reactivation after curing causes, settling fees, and completing verification.
15) الاحتفاظ والحذف بعد الإغلاق15) Retention & Deletion Post-Closure
نحتفظ بسجلات محدودة لأغراض الامتثال والأمن والفوترة خلال فترات مقنّنة ثم نحذفها/نُخفي هويتها وفق سياسة الاحتفاظ والحذف.
We retain limited records for compliance, security, and billing for defined periods, then delete/pseudonymize per the Retention & Deletion Policy.
16) الأمن وإبطال الوصول16) Security & Access Revocation
- إبطال الجلسات والمفاتيح والتكاملات عند النقل/الإغلاق.
- تحديث سجلات التفويضين التقني والقانوني.
- Revoke sessions, keys, and integrations upon transfer/closure.
- Refresh both technical and legal authorization records.
